Legal bases
We process data only to the extent necessary under the GDPR — depending on the case, to handle a contract or enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b)), based on a legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)), or with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
Hosting & server log files
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich GmbH, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedrichroda, Germany. On each request the server automatically records access data (IP address, date and time, file requested, browser type) for delivery and security. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). A data processing agreement is in place with the host.
Contact
If you email us, we process your details to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). The data is deleted once it is no longer needed.
Reach measurement (self-hosted, cookieless)
We measure how this website is used with a self-hosted solution running on our own server. No cookies are set, nothing is stored in your browser, no third-party services are involved and no cross-site tracking takes place. The data never leaves our server.
For each visit we record:
- time, page visited and referrer
- a shortened, anonymised IP address (last segment removed)
- the browser identifier (user agent), from which operating system and device type are derived
- the language set in your browser, the language version shown and the window width
- time spent on the page and per section, and the scroll depth reached
- clicks on booking, email address, PDF download, video and outbound links
- the question asked, if you use the chat
The purpose is reach measurement and improving the content. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); no consent is required because no information is accessed on your device (§ 25(1) TDDDG). We do not link this data to a person, and because the IP address is shortened and no identifiers are used, we could not do so. Please do not enter personal data into the chat.
Scheduling (Calendly)
For booking calls we link to Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA). Only once you follow the link does Calendly process your data under its own privacy policy; this may involve a transfer to the USA.
We link to our LinkedIn profile. When you visit it, LinkedIn (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company) processes your data under its own privacy policy.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and uses no services that require consent. A cookie banner is therefore not required.
Encryption
Data is transmitted encrypted via TLS/SSL.
Retention
We store personal data only as long as necessary for the respective purposes or as required by statutory retention periods.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
The German version of this privacy policy is the legally binding one.
